Returns and Refunds Policy
At People and Things, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our returns and refunds policy ensures a smooth process.
Standard Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be:

In a saleable condition

In the same condition as received (unused, unworn, uninstalled).

In original packaging (box, manuals, tags, labels).

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please check your items carefully upon delivery. Returns and Exchanges are only possible if products meet the above conditions.
Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges
We will not accept items that:

Have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

Are returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Have missing or broken parts.

Were mishandled, connected to the wrong voltage, or misused in any way.

Were purchased on sale or as gift cards (non-returnable).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, defective, or damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately.

Faulty items are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the fault.

All faulty items will be inspected before a resolution is approved.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at accounts@peopleandthings.mu.
Administrative & Transport Fees

An administrative fee of Rs 800 (VAT included) applies to all refunds.

If collection of the item is required, a transport fee of Rs 500 will also be charged.
