Warranty Policy

1. Coverage

   • For the Dreame products, enjoy an extended 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase

2. Warranty Scope

   • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

   • The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear

   • Consumable parts such as batteries, accessories, or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) are excluded unless proven defective at the time of purchase.

3. Claims Process

   • Customers must present the original invoice/receipt and, if applicable, the warranty card when requesting service.

   • Warranty claims will be assessed by our tems. If eligible, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

4. Limitations

   • Warranty is applicable only in Mauritius where the product was originally purchased.

   • The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
